2022 Honda Pilot

The 2022 Honda Pilot is a three-row SUV with much to enjoy and appreciate, regardless of whether you opt for the base trim level or you want to get the top model. The 2022 Pilot gets a few notable updates in 2022. This year, the base trim of the Pilot upgrades from the previously standard five-inch touchscreen interface to an eight-inch display screen. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which were previously included from the second trim and up, are now standard on all Pilot trim levels. LED headlights are another new standard addition to the Pilot for the 2022 model year. The Honda Pilot still has its fan-favorite features, including a roomy cabin, plenty of storage space, and three rows of seats.

The Honda Pilot packs many standard features regardless of the trim level that you get in 2022. The base trim is still the LX in 2022, but it has more components than the 2021 edition. This year, the LX has a larger and more user-friendly touchscreen interface. It also includes Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for the first time. The LX has seats in the rear that fold flat to help provide more storage space if necessary. The base trim also has a number of safety amenities, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, forward collision avoidance, and automatic high beams. Following the LX is the EX, which adds heated seats in front, three-zone climate control, keyless entry, and the second row of seats that folds flat and stows away if you need to store more items. More safety aids come with the EX as well, and the driver's seat is power-adjustable. The EX-L is next, with even more amenities. The EX-L has a sunroof and leather seats for more comfort. Sunshades and USB ports are added to the second row, and you also get a power-operated liftgate. The Special Edition has wireless smartphone charging capabilities as well. The Touring adds an entertainment system for occupants in the second row, and it adds more speakers for a 10-speaker sound system. Roof rails and navigation are other highlights. The Elite seats seven with captain's chairs, and it comes with a panoramic sunroof. A heated steering wheel is another nice touch on this trim level, and the seats in front are ventilated for optimal comfort. The Black Edition, which tops the line, has black exterior accents and red accent stitching inside.

Powering the Pilot in 2022 is a V6 engine with up to 280 HP in power and just over 260 LB-FT in torque. A nine-speed transmission is standard, and you'll get either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
