Honda Civic Tour

Music and cars are a natural combination. That's especially apparent with the Honda Civic Tour; an event hosted annually by Honda that celebrates the ever-popular Honda Civic model and some of the top performers in the music industry. This year, Honda combines the Honda Civic Tour, which now enters its 20th year of existence, with the 2022 Honda Civic, which gets some exciting and notable updates. In addition, the Civic is now in its 50th year of production, and it has some special features to honor its equally impressive milestone.

Musical Lineup

This year, Honda's Civic Tour had some modifications in light of ongoing health restrictions. The event was broadcast in April 2021 with notable singer HER, a Grammy winner, and a star of the R&B world. On June 23, 2021, a remixed version of the singer's April performance is scheduled to air, bringing fans a fresh take on an excellent springtime concert. Along with an action-packed show by HER, complete with LED lighting and unique stage effects, the 2022 Honda Civic Tour also included a star-studded lineup with Blink-182, Maroon 5, Nick Jonas, and other world-renowned singers.

2022 Honda Civic

For the 2022 model year, Honda is releasing the Civic in both a sedan and a hatchback version. The sedan is scheduled to arrive first, and it will make an appearance during the summer months of 2021. The hatchback is scheduled for arrival later in the year. Whichever body style you choose, rest assured the Honda Civic will include a number of standout features. Both the Honda Civic sedan and hatchback hold five people. You can choose between two engines with the Civic this year. The base engine is a four-cylinder with a maximum power output of 158 HP. The second engine has a higher power output of 180 HP, and it has a turbo charge for extra pickup and speed. A number of features are standard on both trim levels. LED lighting is included with the LX, which is the base trim level. This trim also has steel wheels. Alloy wheels come with the second trim level, replacing the standard seven-inch display screen with an eight-inch touchscreen instead. Proximity entry is also standard on the higher-end trim levels. At the top trim level, the Touring, you'll get more luxury items, including fine leather upholstery and high-end interior materials. A wireless phone charging pad is added to the Touring as well, along with several additional USB ports.
