What's New For the 2020 Honda Accord?
If you're searching for a mid-size sedan, the 2020 Accord should be at the top of your list. And, if you're considering making the switch to a crossover, the Accord is still a worthwhile contender. Its refinement, space, and driving dynamics deliver incredible value. For the 2020 model year, the hybrid version gives an alert tone when it's running on electricity alone; this feature will soon be required on all cars capable of silent operation. Apart from that slight change, the Accord remains the same.

Which Trims & Features are Available for 2020?
The 2020 Accord comes in five trims, and there's a hybrid version available on some of those trim levels. The LX comes with 17" wheels, a backup camera, auto emergency braking, and forward-collision warning, lane-keep assist/lane departure warning, auto LED headlights, dual-zone climate control, a USB input, a seven-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, and streaming radio. The Hybrid offers substantial value. Its equipment list is similar to that of the LX, but you'll also get keyless start and access, a split-folding rear seat, and a deceleration selector.
The Sport model comes with 19" wheels, larger brakes, a leather-covered steering wheel, LED fog lights, a power-adjustable driver's seat, an upgraded audio system, and smartphone integration. A six-speed manual transmission is available. The LX comes with the same content found in the sport, as well as rear cross-traffic and blind-spot monitoring systems. You'll also get passive entry, keyless ignition, heated seats, a sunroof, another USB port, and satellite/HD radio. The Accord EX-L provides leather upholstery, a power-adjustable passenger's seat, driver's seat memory, a ten-speaker stereo system, and an auto-dim rearview mirror. The Touring version has different 19" wheels, auto windshield wipers, rear and front parking sensors, heated and ventilated seats, WiFi, a heads-up display, wireless device charging, and an available navigation system. The EX-L and Sport versions can get a turbo engine with a ten-speed auto transmission.A Perfect Blend of Power and Fuel Efficiency
The 2020 Accord has two engine options. Every Accord, but the Touring trim comes with a standard 1.5L turbo four-cylinder offering 192hp and 192 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a CVT, but the Sport version has an available six-speed manual transmission.
Safety Features in the Forefront for 2020
All 2020 Accords come with ABS, a full range of airbags, stability control, auto emergency braking with forward-collision warning, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, and a backup camera. On the EX and higher, you'll get rear cross-traffic alert and blind-spot monitoring.
