What's New for the 2023 Honda Passport?
After receiving a slew of big updates last year, the Passport returns for 2023 are mostly unchanged.
What Are the 2023 Passport Trims & Features?
When shopping for a new Passport, you will have three trim levels to pick from. The entry-level EX-L trim is luxurious enough for most folks. Not only does the Passport EX-L have a leather-appointed interior, but it also comes standard with heated front seats. Meanwhile, Honda's Display Audio multimedia interface features an 8.0-inch touch display with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration. A few of the other key features include tri-zone automatic climate control, a power sunroof, and attractive 20-inch alloy wheels.
The Passport TrailSport has a more adventurous look. Rugged-style tires and roof rails come standard. When taking an out-of-town road trip, this trim's satellite-linked navigation system will keep you on the right path.
Atop the range sits the plush Elite trim. Not only does it elevate the sound of your music with a 10-speaker premium audio system, but it also enhances comfort by adding heated outboard rear seats. Another great feature is the SUV's hands-free rear tailgate.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Passport Have?
Every new Passport features a stout V6 engine under the hood. It pushes out 280 horsepower, thus ensuring an extremely responsive performance. A nine-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters further enhances your driving experience. Aside from being one of the quickest SUVs in the segment, the Passport also boasts a 5,000-pound maximum towing capacity. If you need to tackle tougher conditions, take advantage of the Passport's torque-vectoring AWD system. Snow, Sand, and Mud modes come standard.
What Safety Features Does the 2023 Passport Have?
Honda Sensing equips the new Passport with multiple advanced safety technologies, including Collision Mitigation Braking and Adaptive Cruise Control. Every trim also receives a Blind Spot Information System, which warns you of vehicles that may be hidden in your blind spot. A standard multi-angle backup camera and parking sensors make the Passport even easier to maneuver in tight spots.
